The Documentary “2 WHEELS AND A NATION” provides a historical account of the arrival of the motorcycle in Brazil. Through the legends of motorcycle racing and motocross, we will tell stories that marked an era and that positioned Brazil among the main markets in the world. The narrative will present a timeline rescuing previously recorded but unpublished “in memorian” interviews, bringing facts that occurred from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day, including the important participation of women and their achievements within the sport on two wheels. . Exciting stories that shed light on our talents and value the Brazilian people. Production of a 70-minute documentary film, in Full HD format, about the history of Brazilian motorcycling, revealing documents, photo albums, trophies, historical objects, period videos and current testimonies from the great protagonists of the past and others previously recorded and saved in the archive of important figures who were of advanced age and shortly after died, and who will now, in an unprecedented way, be presented in this audiovisual document. A work carried out by the project to preserve history on two wheels – MOTOSTORY – presenting a large collection accumulated over a few decades by the researcher, historian and curator of the Centro Cultural Movimento, Carlos Eduardo de Escobar Coachman Filho, known in the world of 2 wheels as Carlãozinho Coachman , considered one of the greatest experts on the facts and respective characters who were and are part of this incredible narrative and also a character in this great and exceptional story.
